- FOOTBALL: Top-ranked Omaha North Dismantles No. 8 Lincoln Southeast

Omaha North used a trio of running backs to dismantle the Lincoln Southeast Knights 42-0 Friday afternoon at Seacrest Field.
In a battle of Class A Top 10 teams, Omaha North (4-0) flexed its muscles bolting out to a 28-0 first quarter lead. Jordan Strong scored twice and Milton Sargbah scored on a 80-yard touch down run. The quarter ended on a Jack Strong pick six as Davon Wells-Ross ran it back from 47 yards.
The Knights (3-1) struggled to break through the Viking defense. Southeast’s best scoring chance came on their second possession, but missed a 33-yard field goal. Strong threw three interceptions and they only gained 55 yards on the ground.
Omaha North capped the scoring with a 2-yard touchdown run from Zander Gray and then Sargbah added six more on a 55-yard run. The Vikings led 42-0 early in the third quarter.
Strong finished the day with 118 yard through the air, but the Vikings owned the ground game, gaining 304 yards.
