- LSE blooms late, sneaks past LSW
It took three quarters for the Lincoln Southeast boys basketball team to wake up and gain control of Lincoln Southwest, as the Knights jumped from behind to beat the Silverhawks Thursday night by the final of 54-49. After being ahead early on, Southeast fell into a funk and had to climb their way back late in the fourth quarter. Southeast's Matt Hill led the way with 23 points, while Trent Price added 17 points in the win over the Silverhawks. LSW's Ian Dike finished with 13 points, while Drew Ballard and Michael Breetzke added 12 points each.
