LINCOLN SOUTHWEST 56, LINCOLN EAST 49:  Top-ranked Southwest came alive in the fourth quarter at both ends of the floor to earn a 56-49 victory over No. 7 Lincoln East on Friday night.  The Silver Hawks were 5-for-10 from three-point range while East was 1-for-12.  Drew Sankey led the Spartans (8-5) with 26 points, connecting on 10-of-13 from the field.  Drew Edmond led Southwest with 17 points and Jake Marvin added 11 points in the Silver Hawk win.

LINCOLN NORTH STAR 60, COLUMBUS 59, OT: Amilio Boone scored with six seconds left in the overtime and took a charging call with 0.1 seconds left to lift North Star to the win in Columbus. Michel MIkaya led the Navigators with 24 points, six in the overtime period. Columbus’ Brian Cleary hit a three-pointer with 10 seconds left to send the game into overtime. Cleary finished with 27 points for the Discoverers.

LINCOLN SOUTHEAST 51, KEARNEY 46: Southeast overcame a rough first-half, outscoring Kearney 33-20 in the final two quarters to earn the win in comeback fashion.  Junior forward Eric Jackson was the driving force for LSE as Jackson scored 10 of his team-high 12 points in the fourth quarter.


LINCOLN CHRISTIAN 55, LINCOLN PIUS X 51:  Lincoln Christian counted on a 19-point scoring effort by senior Jacob Gipson, who finished with 21, to open a 39-26 halftime lead.  Pius X junior Trevor Johnson answered with a 15-point second half.
