Outlook: This is a very young team and have the chance to be a solid team with a good defense and continued improvement through the season. Josh Riser is the only three-year letterwinner on this Links squad, avg. nearly 16 points a game last season.

Lincoln North Star

Outlook: Coach Bartek says the Rockets will be very inexperienced this year, with the loss of top talent from the last four seasons. Dol Kutey is the only returning player that had significant minutes last season.

Outlook: The Knights will lack in size, but will have a strong backcourt.

Lincoln Southwest

Others to watch: Chris Schmidt, 6-4, Sr.; Spencer Elliot, 6-1, Sr.; Collin Holmquist, 6-4, Sr.
Outlook: Should have some athleticism and aggressiveness, but this is a young team with great work ethic. Most importantly, Southwest will need to pick up great experience early on to be competitive.

Lincoln Christian
Coach: Monte Jones.
Last year: 6-14.
Lettermen: Jameson Rexilius, 6-3, sr.; Jacob Gipson, 6-4, jr.; Zach Jensen, 6-0, jr.; Devin Paulsen, 6-2, jr.; Paul Wetley, 6-3, sr.; Nick Weber, 5-10, sr.; Jordan Hitchcock, 6-1, sr.; Joe Manley, 6-3, sr. Others to watch: Ben Manley, 6-3, so.; Collin Phelps, 6-0, so.; Austin Methers, 6-2, so.

Outlook: Three starters gives the Crusaders a good nucleus around which to build. Strong showing by the offense in practice has the team optimistic.

College View Academy
Coach: Scott Origas.
Last year: 13-6.

Outlook: The two starters, who have played together since the seventh grade, have experience and skill, but will rely on the contributions of the untested players.

Lincoln Lutheran

Outlook: This will be a senior-dominated squad with some size. A new point guard will need some time to get acclimated.

Parkview Christian
